Karaoke Playback requires Directx 9.0 hardware support and proper
CODECS as required by the Video format. A recommended CODEC pack (K-LITE)

Recording
capability requires that the Audio Device (Sound Card) offers support
for "Stereo Mix" or "What you hear" or similar channel options.

External
Microphone Drivers must be Windows WDM certified. This feature is
provided for entertainment purposes only. It does not, and is NOT
intended to provide "Studio Quality" results, since doing so would
require an extremely high powered computer and other expensive
peripheral devices.
