- PROVISION 1:
Per the End Users License
Agreement (EULA) agreed to during the software installation, I
understand and acknowledge that I may not install and/or utilize
the software on more than ONE computer at a time. If
transferring the software to a new or different computer, I agree
to completely remove/uninstall and discontinue use of the software
from the computer currently registered.

- PROVISION 2:
I understand that Invicion Software Solutions makes every effort
to accommodate users in transferring software registrations to new
and/or other computers when necessary. I further understand
and acknowledge that excessive transfer requests may constitute an
abuse of the software registration transfer policy. In that event,
INVICION reserves the right to deny my registration transfer
request, or at their sole discretion, assess a fee of up to 100%
of the prevailing selling price of the software.

PROVISION 3:
I understand that transferring software registrations back and forth
between computers is a violation of the software registration
transfer policy. Therefore I understand and acknowledge that after
transferring the registration from an existing or previously
registered computer, future requests to transfer the registration
BACK to a previously registered computer may be denied.
