Networking Experience Required

The CompuHost Remote Request KIOSK Addon requires configuration of local networked computers. This may include shared folders, Windows networking, firewall settings, and proper connectivity between the host computer and remote KIOSK stations.

Karaokeware support can assist with the addon itself, but cannot provide general Windows, router, firewall, or local network configuration services.

I understand that this addon requires local networking knowledge beyond standard product support.
