We want you to be fully satisfied with every product purchased from us. If you are not satisfied with a product purchase*, you may request a refund within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Prior to receiving a refund, a product deactivation process must be completed and verified by Karaokeware. Please contact Karaokeware for deactivation instructions.

IMPORTANT! SIMPLY DELETING/UNINSTALLING THE PRODUCT(S) DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A DEACTIVATION OF THE PRODUCT(S).
